St. Paul’s High School, Hyderabad was established on 1st June, 1955. It is conducted by the Brothers of St. Gabriel Education Society who manage over 70 Institutions in India. The Managing Committee of the school consists of the Brother Provincial, Superior, (Chairman) and the members of his council. The school is recognized by the Government of Andhra Pradesh and prepares Boys and Girls for the Secondary School Certificate [SSC] Examination through the Medium of English. It is a Catholic Minority Institution, Governed by Art. 30 [1] of the Indian Constitution.
The purpose of the school is not only to import instruction but also to develop the total personality of the child by training his/her intellectual, moral, emotional, physical and aesthetic faculties to make him/her fully human.
The school accepts each student as a sacred trust from God and considers it, its specific duty, to give him/her education, that is, the development of person from within. The school therefore begins from the principle that its educational programme is intentionally directed to the growth of the whole person.
The formal task of the school therefore is to draw out the ethical dimension to help the students to achieve moral freedom. Behind this moral freedom, stand those absolute values which alone give meaning and value to human life.

To envisage education as a means of promoting the integral formation of the whole man, with an inner spiritual dynamism. We would want our pupils to develop their intellectual, emotional, spiritual and physical resources to the maximum extent for their individual growth and development of others. We would strive to create a school community where a Christian atmosphere of love, mutual concern and respect for persons prevails.
Though academic excellence has been achieved over the years, the school is yet to be made more available and accessible to a larger percentage of the economically poor. While respecting all religions we strive to deepen and strengthen the faith formation imparted in the school.
Greater stress on other aspects of education than academic achievements alone is one of our main challenges. 2) Our main thrusts and plan of action
